Shipping Charges (ROI and NI)

1. Small items up to 2kg                        € 6.50 for entire order        1-2 working days

Delivery Information

1. Our delivery partner is Fastway Courier Service. We offer our courier delivery service as standard - so your order reaches you as soon as possible. We can deliver all large items to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the exception of island locations (require Special delivery). We also deliver to UK, please review the price and difference in lead time above. We aim to deliver ex-stock product within 3 working days. Selected product types have lead times that apply. Please study the product webpage as these extended lead times are highlighted. 

Please contact us, if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order. 

1. It is important that you supply a suitable contact number at the time of order. This will enable our delivery partners to contact you should they experience any difficulties or delays with your order.
2. Delivery is during the five working day week (Monday to Friday), usually from 9am to 5pm.
3. Special Delivery and commissioning service time slots will be an appointed by prior arrangement between Carestore team and the customer. Please ensure that areas are free from obstruction at the time of delivery to allow easy assembly and commissioning of your new products. With Special Delivery, we remove all packaging from site on the day. So you can sit back and enjoy your new products and not have to worry about the tidying up!

1. On some products, we offer the option to order an item in advance if it's not in stock at the time, but we know that more stock is on its way and we will let you know the date we expect delivery to be available on the site. If you purchase two or more products at a time, they may have different availabilities and methods of delivery, in which case you may receive your items individually as soon as they become available.

1. Please be aware that we cannot offer VAT refunds to overseas customers ordering goods to be delivered to a Ireland address.

1. Liaising with you and your support staff to ensure the product specification meets your care requirements.
