Tips for measuring rollator height:

Make sure that the user's shoulders are not raised or slouched when using the rollator - this could be a sign that the handle height may not be right for them! Take a look at the tips below to help make sure the rollator is at a comfortable height for the user:

• Have the user stand with their arms straight down by their sides

• Measure from their feet to their wrist 

• Use the same measurement against the rollator and adjust the height of the handles to the same measurement. 

• The handles should sit at the user's wrist bone just above their hand

• These are guidelines to help users measure their rollators more accurately at home. Alternatively, your OT may prescribe the required height for you.
